2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • The request for a refund must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The service or product provided must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • For training programs, refunds will only be granted if the program has not yet started or if less than 25% of the program has been completed.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us using the Home Page Contact form with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund through Stripe.com, our payment processor. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully rendered.
  • Customized web & business system design services that have been delivered as per the client's specifications.
  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.
  • Training programs where more than 25% of the content has been completed.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • If a training program has started but less than 25% of the content has been completed.
  • If a service has been partially rendered, the refund amount will be prorated based on the portion of the service that has not been completed.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, you will not be eligible for a refund through our standard process. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues.

8. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top of the page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
