This Product Provides Maintenance for Up To 3 Sites Per Month, Plus basic changes to the TV System.
The actions requested to be taken will occur within 24 Hours Monday To Friday – during Business Hours. Where a complex action needs more time the completion time will be advised as soon as possible.
The Sites will be updated with Themes, Plugins & Core Updates Where Licensing Allows.
Minor Site changes such as adding a post, updating event times, user & client account maintenance is included
TV Displays: Minor changes included.
Exclusions:
Where Theme & Plugin Updates are not available due to licensing expirations, those costs for licenses to be updated will be provided in a separate quotation. (Plugin & Theme developers usually charge for 12 months of software updates – those updates are necessary due to the changing and volatile nature of the internet, plus they provide the developer with a supportive income to keep in business and fixing any bugs or for further development features).
TV Displays: Where major design changes are required, these will be quoted separately if not able to be included in the minor change inclusions (If there are not many site updates needed then the allocated resources can be used for more involved design changes).
Note: The exclusion clauses are listed due to the unknown time commitment factor needed for this project. Where additional costs are involved, this will be discussed openly with respect for all parties.
Note: Pricing is in US Dollars. Current exchange rate is 250GBP to USD = $298.00. If there is a large fluctuation of more than 10% in exchange rates then this subscription will be cancelled and updated to reflect the change.
